"After noting my complaint here, with the BBB and thru a letter requesting arbitration, the customer relations manager from Lexus of Orlando contacted me and could not have been more friendly and professional. She addressed the issue, kept me informed of their review and they paid for the rapairs in full. Had my initial complaint gotten to her right away, I doubt the bad review below would have been necessary. I've adjusted my ratings upward to reflect her positive action in resolving the problem." - francisvegas
