I have dealt with Francisco the last 3 times I've been in for service and am always pleased by his courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. It is very reassuring to deal with the same service rep time after time. If we ever have a problem (happened once) he deals with it right there and then and makes it right.I am always highly satisfied with the service I get from the Lexus Service Dept.M. L. Prince
