Lexus of Orlando - (5) Star Review on DealerRater - JD is a very personable, friendly, knowledgeable product specialist for Lexus of Orlando. We reviewed your online site and found a 2008 RX 400h being sold. We drove to the Lexus dealership to inquiry about the vehicle and was met by product specialist Dion Travieso. Mr. Travieso informed me that said RX 400h was not yet on the lot as it was still being prepped in the service area and would be a few days before the vehicle would on the lot. He asked for my phone number, which I gave. About a week and a half went by with no word. Again we went back to the dealership to look for the car. The vehicle was now being shown on your lot. JD came out to greet us as we were looking over the vehicle, offered us a test drive and did all within his ability to secure us comfortably within the purchase of our 2008 RX 400h SUV. We were extremely happy with our purchase and with the service that JD provided, that I have recently gone to your dealership and specifically asked for JD as I am now in the market to purchase a Lexus IS 250c or 250c. Again JD has been most informative and helpful. I have recently seen on your site, a 2011 red IS 250c being offered and I would like to have JD contact me with information on the vehicle.
