Survey: Lexus dealers leave new-car buyers happiest

Lexus dealers leave new-car buyers more satisfied than any other brand, a study by J.D. Power and Associates finds.

Among luxury cars, Lexus leads Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Land Rover. Lincoln and Audi were the most improved brands.
