We had a pleasant and professionally conducted sales experience at Lexus of Orlando. Doug Chan was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The selection from the available inventory was ample. We felt no pressure to make a decision before we were ready. Once we did make a decision, the auto was made available in short order.
